Who can request a return?
We can only process returns for items purchased directly from the official MM Hair
website (www.mmhair.co.nz). If your purchase was made through one of our stockists
or retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange your return.
How do I request a return?
To begin a return, please contact us at info@mm.co.nz or contact form and include
the following information:
• Your order number
• Proof of purchase (receipt from Mm. Hair website)
• A brief explanation of why you’re returning the item
After receiving your details, our team will guide you through the next steps.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received your returned item and confirmed it meets our return criteria,
we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. The timing can vary
depending on your card provider - refunds typically appear within 72 hours, but in
some cases it may take up to 10 working days.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the return is due to an issue on our end - such as a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos
of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
Can I return a product that has been opened or used?
Due to hygiene regulations, we’re unable to accept returns of opened or used products unless the item is faulty. Thank you for your understanding.
